Established in 2019, NYC Facade Safety Corp. is a construction site safety consulting, training, and management organization. Our expert services are in construction site safety management, safety plans, safety programs, inspections, and fire safety.

We specialize in Facade / Restoration and have managed safety on hundreds of new buildings, demolitions, exterior facade repairs, and a variety of other projects such as Con Edison power plants, hospitals and SCA projects.

At the end of 2019, we decided to part ways from Tristate-Safety Corp. which was a company we developed in 2014 and built from the ground up. We wanted to break away from new construction and strictly focus on Facade / Restoration. In doing so we also drastically cut our overhead, and insurance costs. Therefore, we can provide you with an extremely cost-effective rate.

COMPANY HISTORY

Our owner, Peter Brown Sr., has been in the construction industry for 30+ years. He started as a union laborer, to labor foreman, to superintendent, to project manager, then finally transitioned to site safety manager in 2008. He spent the next 6 years working with Site Safety LLC, eventually being voted Site Safety Manager of the year in 2013. His reputation and client list are second to none. He prides himself on being available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure his clients can focus on building, rather than worry about safety.
